All participants must pay the registration fees. For each accepted paper, at least one author is required to register at the AUTHOR REGULAR  rate and attend the conference. Registration is mandatory for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. An author or a proxy attending CRiSIS 2025 MUST present the paper. This is a strict requirement for all accepted papers to be published in the Springer LNCS proceedings and digital library. Papers not presented will be excluded from both the proceedings and the digital library.

The AUTHOR REGULAR, GENERAL, and STUDENT registration fees include participation in CRiSIS 2025, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks. Social events (cocktail & banquet) are included only with AUTHOR REGULAR and GENERAL registrations. A limited number of additional banquet tickets will be available for purchase.
